The top three states in foreclosure rates are Nevada, California and Arizona in June 2008. Nearly 8,713 Nevada properties received a foreclosure filing in June 2008, being the highest. The California received the second highest foreclosure rating. In Arizona nearly 12,950 properties received a foreclosure filing in June being the third highest. The other states that received the highest foreclosure rates are Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana and Utah.
The states with highest foreclosure totals are California, Florida and Ohio. California properties had nearly 68,666 foreclosure filing total in June 2008 nearly 5% low from May 2008. Florida property had nearly 40,351 foreclosure filing total being an increase of 8% from the previous month. The last one being Ohio which received a foreclosure filing total of 13,194 properties in June an increase of 7% from the previous month. The other states that received the highest foreclosure filing total are Arizona, Michigan, Texas, Georgia, Nevada, Illinois and New York.
